- Payment of the Virtual Camp fee is to be made prior to the scheduled camp, on a first come first served basis. There is no refund should you cancel this booking.
- In any event, DATD reserves the right to cancel the virtual camps. Should this happen you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed.
- Virtual Camps are subject to a minimum sign up. Should the required number not be met then the camp may be cancelled by DATD. In the event of this, DATD will contact you via email a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event’s start date.
- DATD reserve the right to use any footage taken during the camp for social media and advertisement purposes.
