I understand that:

- Payment of the CHRISTMAS DANCE CAMP fee is to be made prior to the scheduled camp, on a first come first served basis. There is no refund should you cancel this booking. 

- In any event, DATD reserves the right to cancel the CHRISTMAS DANCE CAMP. Should this happen you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed.

- Should you miss a day for any reason or your child not wish to participate, DATD do not offer a refund.

- DATD reserve the right to use any footage taken during the camp for social media and advertisement purposes.

- I understand that my child will be participating in an active program and that there is always a risk of accident. If necessary, I authorize Dance At The Difference Pte Ltd to obtain emergency treatment on my child’s behalf. I further release Dance At The Difference Pte Ltd from all liabilities for injuries, loss or damage of property.

I confirm that myself or my child/ren have not/or are not:

1. Had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days; or
2. Experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms; or
3. Travelled overseas without fulfilling the required government quarantine period imposed upon me/us on our return.
