I understand that:

- In order to book a slot, payment of the trial fee is to be made prior to the scheduled session, on a first come first served basis. There is no refund should you cancel this booking.

- I am booking a trial for the next class session that will be conducted (within 7 days, subject to availability). Requests for other trial dates are not guaranteed: if your requested date is not available and we are not able to find another suitable slot, a refund will be issued.

-I understand that my child/or myself will be participating in an active program and that there is always a risk of accident. If necessary, I authorize Dance At The Difference Pte Ltd to obtain emergency treatment on my child's behalf. I further release Dance At The Difference Pte Ltd from all liabilities for injuries, loss or damage of property.
