I understand that:
• Payment of the PROMOTION TRIAL fee is to be made prior to the scheduled session, on a first come first served basis. There is no refund should you cancel this booking for any reason or if your child does not wish to participate on the day once we have reserved the space for you.
• The guardian accompanying the child for the trial class will remain with them within the lesson as you will participate as a team
• In any event, DATD reserves the right to cancel the PROMOTION TRIAL. Should this happen you will be notified via email or WhatsApp and a full refund will be processed.
• DATD reserves the right to use any photographs or footage taken during the trial class for social media and advertisement purposes.
• I understand that my child/or myself will be participating in an active program and that there is always a risk of accident. If necessary, I authorise Dance At The Difference Pte Ltd to obtain emergency treatment on mine or my child's behalf. I further release Dance At The Difference Pte Ltd from all liabilities for injuries, loss or damage of property.
I confirm that myself or my child/children have not/or are not:
1. Experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms.
2. Currently testing positive for Covid-19.
3. On an enforced Government self-isolation period.
